Please note that the Editorial Office of Journal Electrochemistry takes holidays on Dec 29, 2023-Jan 4, 2024 for new-year holidays except for some operations. Inquiries received during the holiday period will be answered sequentially after the start date of business. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.

• In principle, we will accept papers as usual. However, please note that there may be a delay up to Jan 4, 2024.
• Advanced Online Publication
  Manuscripts submitted by Dec 25, 2023 will be released in the Author’s version (Accepted Manuscript) by the end of year.
• Suspension period for Advanced Online Publication: Dec 29, 2023 – Jan 10, 2024.
  For example, even if the date of submission is in the afternoon on Dec 26, 2023, Advanced Online Publication of the accepted manuscript will be delayed until Jan 11 or later.
• The dates from Dec 29, 2023 to Jan 3, 2024 are not included in the standard peer review period. Therefore, it may take longer than usual to review a manuscript over the period. Of course, however, reviewers can register the review comments in Editorial Manager during the period.
• Responding to inquiries
  General inquiries from authors will be handled as usual, however, inquiries that require discussion by the editorial board will be handled after Jan 5, 2024. The editorial office is closed from Dec 29, 2023 to Jan 4, 2024 for administrative procedures (payment of APC) and Dec 29, 2023 to Jan 8, 2024 for proofreading.
