Please note that the Editorial Office of Journal Electrochemistry takes holidays on Dec 30, 2021-Jan 5, 2022 for new-year holidays except for some operations.  Inquiries received during the holiday period will be answered sequentially after the start date of business. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.

• In principle, we will accept papers as usual. However, please note that there may be a delay up to Jan 5.
• Advanced Online Publication
  Manuscripts submitted by noon on Dec 28 are already released in the Author’s version (Accepted Manuscript).
• Suspension period for Advanced Online Publication: Dec 30, 2021 – Jan 7, 2022.
  For example, even if the date of submission is in the afternoon on Dec 28, 2021, Advanced Online Publication of the accepted manuscript will be delayed until Jan 8 or later.
• The dates from Dec 29, 2021 to Jan 3, 2022 are not included in the standard peer review period. Therefore, it may take longer than usual to review a manuscript over the period. Of course, however, reviewers can register the review comments in Editorial Manager during the period.
• Responding to inquiries
  General inquiries from authors will be handled as usual, however, inquiries that require discussion by the editorial board will be handled after Jan 5, 2022. The editorial office is closed from Dec 29, 2021 to May 4, 2022 for administrative procedures (payment of APC) and Dec 30, 2021 to Jan 5, 2022 for proofreading.
